Sir William Wallace, known as one of Scotlands outstanding national heroes, is a well-known name in todays culture. He fought against the English for Scottish freedom, and to commemorate this, we offer the Scottish William Wallace Sword, by Marto. This replica is just like the one used by Mel Gibson in the movie Braveheart, and more importantly, is apparently a close replication of the sword used by some highland warriors in history. Fundamentally lacking any sort of extra decoration, this is the sword of a warrior, first and foremost. The blade is long and straight, like any claymores blade should be, while the guard is a simple, narrow crossbar. Even the leather-wrapping around the base of the blade technically serves a functional purpose: a place to grab when extra leverage is needed. Simple but effective, those words paint the perfect image for the William Wallace Sword, by Marto.
