The outer fabric is cotton while the inner padding is an equal mix of cotton and polyester. Please note this item is handmade, so it may vary slightly in color and shape.

There are two colors to choose from for this arming wear: Black and Beige. Black is great for mercenaries and black knights who want to make themselves known with an unmistakable style. Beige, on the other hand, is a more natural hue, perfect for adventurers and swordsmen who appreciate rugged style. Available in a variety of sizes, this padded arming coat ensures every warrior feels like they belong in medieval times and the realms of fantasy alike.

Starting from the top, this medieval knight gambeson has a round collar. Ties down the front make this defensive jacket easy to wear. All the lacing on this warrior gambeson is tipped with brass aglets. The quilting around the collar and the bottom hem is horizontal, while the chest and back quilting is vertical. Each shoulder has holes for lacing armour known as arming points. There is a pair between the shoulders and the neck for attaching armour like pauldrons and spaulders.There are three pairs on each of the upper arms, allowing you the versatility of lacing arm armour at different levels.

Each long, horizontally quilted sleeve ends right above the wrists to keep your hands free and your movement unhindered. There are more arming points down the length of the sleeves. Lacing beneath the sleeve adds extra detail and a slightly adjustable fit. These sleeves also leave your hands free to wear gloves and gauntlets. At the bottom, more pairs of arming points allow you to lace tassets and other pieces of leg armour to this gambeson.
