So, I have to say, not bad—in fact quite good. The Fresco Riding Boots fit well and look like the photos. The one thing that seemed out of place, and your purposes may vary, was the shoe lacing. It is shoelaces as you would find in a modern store. Simple enough to replace and perhaps easier to manage say instead a leather cord. I would note for the buttons, use caution as to how much stress/strain is used. They can slide out. You can place them back in, but, wear and tear will make them less effective should it be a continuous habit. Overall, good fit, good quality, great look. I’ve worn them in public and received several compliments and inquiries about where they were purchased. A good buy overall —even if you want a good pair of boots for general use, and for a good price. I would recommend.
