You can easily include a touch of late antiquity in your Roman costume or soldiers outfit by wearing the Chi Rho Roman Bone Pendant. Carved from bone, this Roman pendant has a bale at the top for hanging from a leather cord or chain.

In the middle of the oval pendant, there is a Chi Rho symbol, which combines a P with an X design. Carved lines run along the Chi Rho. There is a groove surrounding it near the edges.

The Chi Rho became more popular in the Roman army after an order by Emperor Constantine. He had it painted on all of the soldiers shields before a battle, which he would go on to win. Constantine would later have it on coins and medallions as well. This bone pendant makes a great accessory for any reenactment or addition to a Roman jewelry collection.

As this item is made from natural materials, its appearance may vary slightly from what is shown.
