Yarm Viking Helmet

As you defend your fellow Vikings, make sure that you in turn protect your head from the enemies by wearing the Yarm Viking Helmet. Made from 14-gauge mild steel, this Norse spangenhelm is a replica of a 10th-century original found in Britain.

This helmet has a rounded shape with crossed bracing strips on top. There is a knob where the strips cross. Also, a reinforcing strip runs around the bottom edge.

In front, a ridged section forms a nasal guard. It attaches to a rounded piece of steel that forms a spectacle mask design. This design is common amongst Viking helmets. On the inside, the helmet has a leather liner and chin strap. This helmet is perfect for any Viking warrior to wear into battle at their next reenactment.
