These Norse Christmas ornaments come as a set of three. The walnut wood lends them a rustic texture. The focal point of the design is the classic Viking longship. The longship faces the viewer’s right and is engraved with intricate details. The oars jut out on either side, accented with lighter colored shields along the rim. The sails have a striped design. Upon closer inspection, the ship even has a little flag engraved at the top of the mast. Further down, the keel is engraved in a lighter color than the hull and the prow. Surrounding the longship is a ring of dark contrast with intricately engraved knotwork. The hull of the longship is also engraved in a darker contrast. A hole at the top of each ornament allows you to slip a hanger or string through it.
