This Gondor Crown Coin is designed after the coin minted in Gondor to celebrate the coronation of Aragorn as King Elessar Telcontar. He is depicted on the obverse riding a horse and holding a flag with the White Tree of Gondor. Surrounding Aragorn is an inscription in Tengwar. The coin is a celebration of his coronation as well as the marriage between Aragorn and the Elf Arwen. On the reverse are brothers Isildur and Anarion holding a shield featuring the White Tree. They stand on Anduril, the sword of Aragorn forged from the shards of Narsil. Below it are the Sevens Stones Palantiri and the words, King Star and Year One. Above the brothers are the seven stars of the House of Elendil. This coin is struck using antique machinery and traditional coining techniques for authenticity. A colorful description is included with history, translations, and facts about the coin.
