Create a welcoming centerpiece for your mini holiday village with the 50th Church Fraternal Charity from the Dickens Village collection by Department 56. Created in honor of the 50th anniversary of Department 56, this beautifully detailed church brings the warmth and community spirit of a Victorian Christmas to your miniature village.
This decorative building depicts an elegant Victorian-style church with a square bell tower rising above its snow-covered surroundings. Stained glass-style windows decorate the exterior, adding rich color and traditional character. A white, snowy base surrounds the building, helping it blend seamlessly with other wintry Dickens Village buildings, figurines, and accessories.
Made from polyresin, the 50th Church Fraternal Charity is wonderfully detailed and carefully hand painted. From the brick walls to the colorful windows and snow-covered details, every element helps give this miniature church the appearance of a cherished gathering place within a Victorian community.
For an even more enchanting display, the church lights up from within with LED illumination. A USB light cord comes included, allowing the light shining through the windows to bring the building to life. The warm illumination makes the church especially striking when displayed among other lighted buildings during the evening.
The 50th Church Fraternal Charity works especially well with the 50th Christingle Procession by Department 56. Whether you are commemorating Department 56’s 50th anniversary or expanding an established collection, this detailed church makes a wonderful addition to any holiday display or Christmas village. Display it on a mantel, shelf, or among your favorite miniature buildings to celebrate the season.
