Crafted from vegetable-tanned suede leather, these fantasy pauldrons are just what you need for your ranger LARP character or cosplay. Suede leather is a comfy, yet sophisticated material, known for its characteristic fuzzy nap for a supple and refined finish. This item is handmade, therefore, it may vary slightly from what is shown above. These pauldrons are sold as a pair with an included harness.

Coming in one size, these pauldrons are highly adjustable thanks to the included cord ties and the harness. Starting with the harness, it’s designed to fit around your shoulders, atop your cuirass. The harness has two panels connected with braided leather, allowing you to tighten or loosen it for a perfect fit. The cord ties, also known as arming points, are tipped with brass aglets. These arming points are meant to be tied to the Ranger Suede Torso Armour (MCI-4045). Please note the torso armour is sold separately.

Moving onto the pauldrons themselves, they are meant to cover the entire shoulder. The upper edge is rolled up slightly to resemble a gardbrace for added style. In the middle, each suede pauldron has strips of suede woven together in a square pattern in the center, securing and bolstering each other strip in the design. The lower edge tapers to a round point over the upper arm.

With two color options to choose from, you can pick the one that brings out the best of your outfit. The color choices are Brown and Black. Brown boasts a natural, down-to-earth charm whether you’re portraying elves of fantasy or other kinds of adventuring characters. It’s a great choice for rangers, warriors, druids, and other daring adventureres. Black, on the other hand, has an ambitious, bold presence worthy of characters who want to stand out from the crowd. Care Instructions:

• Remove dirt with a bristle brush. Brush in a single direction to keep nap uniform. Use cornstarch or a suede eraser to absorb and remove any grease stains. Do not wash. Keep dry.
