Odomar Viking Torso Armor – Ashen

Take on your enemies with protection and intimidating style by wearing the Ashen Odomar Viking Torso Armor when you head into battle. This leather cuirass suits a wide variety of characters, including fantasy barbarians. Made from 9-10-ounce leather, this Norse body armor comes in four sizes.

The black leather torso armour secures onto the body with three pairs of straps. The front of the armor has two shoulder panels overlapping the main chest piece. They also have holes for attaching pauldrons like the Odomar Viking Pauldrons (RT-520), sold separately. Next, the T-shaped main chest plate has an embossed knotwork pattern. It ends in a straight bottom edge. There are a couple of holes for securing the torso armour with the armour belt, sold separately.

Along the sides of the torso, there are lamellar style scales. They add additional flexibility and a unique touch. Leather strips cap off the lamellar scales at the top and bottom. They attach to the straps that buckle on the back of the Viking cuirass.

On the back of the Norse armour, the shoulder panels form the collar. The back main plate mimics the front main chest piece. It also has knotwork detailing. The buckles for the straps are on the back as well. Overall, an ashen finish gives the Nordic cuirass a slightly aged look. This leather torso armour is great for LARPing and cosplaying. You can also wear it to a Ren faire.

Care Instructions:

• Remove dirt with a hard brush, then gently clean with leather soap and a soft, damp cloth. Remove soap with a separate damp cloth, then use a dry cloth to wipe away remaining water. Let dry naturally. Condition with oil or polish, then wipe with a final cloth to remove excess residue.
