Five stars for two reasons: outstanding customer service and a great product!
First, I have loved the design of these boots for a long time. The problem: no site I found had them in my size (I wear size 15 US). I was unsure if these would fit me so I reached out to customer support and the rep I spoke with was patient and directed me to the feet measuring guide they had WITHOUT making me feel like a dunce for missing it on the product page.
Second, I ordered a size 14 because the measurements worked out (I was a little worried about the width because I was right on the edge) and I’m delighted to say that they fit wonderfully. They were comfortable for walking around for several hours at a renaissance fair. They did start to rub up against the sides of my feet a bit after a few hours, but that’s easily correctable. However, if you have wide feet, make sure to measure before purchase because they’ll likely be too narrow.
They look fantastic with my outfit and I couldn’t be happier. Bottom line: while the size says 14, it does seem like they run large enough to be comfortable for 14-15 if your measurements match.
