Made from 1055 high-carbon steel, this functional hand axe features a hardwood haft. The haft widens at the very bottom. This helps to keep a hand from sliding off the end. The bottom of the haft also features the Bushmaster Survival logo. Near the top, the haft widens a bit as well.
At the top, there is the black axe head. The axe head also features the logo. The camp axe has a bearded blade. A bearded blade extends further on the bottom than the top. The top of this blackened blade extends slightly upwards on the top. Finally, this outdoor axe comes with a leather sheath for the blade. It secures with a snap closure. Care Instructions:
- For sheath: Remove dirt with a hard brush, then gently clean with leather soap and a soft, damp cloth. Remove soap with a separate damp cloth, then use a dry cloth to wipe away remaining water. Let dry naturally. Condition with oil or polish, then wipe with a final cloth to remove excess residue.
