Made of mild steel in your choice of 16 or 18 gauge, the Polished Visored Barbuta Helmet provides a knightly look as well as excellent face protection. This medieval helmet has an articulated visor with a cross cut-out over the cheek. Its polished metal finish gives a great gleam to this historical armour piece. Pointed at the top, the hinged visor juts out between the eye holes, allowing more room for the face. With both its comprehensive coverage and the capability to wear the visor up or down, this steel medieval helmet is a great choice for historical reenactments, medieval LARP, and more.
