The wakizashi is a Japanese short sword worn by the samurai class in feudal Japan. Inspired by tradition, the Tactical Wakizashi Machete is a distinctive machete with enormous functional piercing and cutting potential for any task. This tactical machete features a wide, curved tanto blade and guard made from solid carbon steel. The blade is finished with an anti-corrosion matte black coating for added durability. High impact polypropylene is injection molded over the broad full tang of the blade, making this machete extremely durable and weather resistant. Modern materials that will not shrink or tarnish are used to recreate the look of a traditional cord-wrapped handle. This effective and attractive machete comes complete with a Cor-Ex sheath for safe carrying and storage.

I love hacking through brush as I bushwhack through dense growth. To use a facsimile of an ancient weapon with all the fantasies involved just makes it more fun. Any way this sword/machete is amazing!!! It is no whimpy bladed machette, but feels like alight Japanese sword. Very effective and fun to use! CS gets and A+++++++ on this one. When I first discovered it, I just had to have one, but with all the absurd but frustrating supply problems try finding one of these. Ok so I paid like 2x what I would pay on ebay or Amazon or a discount cutlery site, but they did have one. This is a great site btw. I’ll be back!!!
