Spartan LARP Helmet

An elite soldier of the battlefield, nothing stands in the way of victory for you and your fellow Spartans. The Spartan LARP Helmet has the look of a dark, antique metal helmet made lightweight easy to wear. It suits Greek soldiers and other historical characters.

Made of polyurethane, this historical Greek helmet is great for costuming use. Much easier to wear than steel, it has the advantage when it comes to long days requiring the look of armour but not the protection.

A durable acrylic finish gives a metallic sheen to its burnished steel color. This ancient Greek helmet has a two part construction. The base of the helmet is round and flares out gently to cover the back of the neck. Then, the top visor has pointed edges and a nose guard. Next, elegant, angular cut-outs at the eyes provide visibility.

This historical helmet design leaves just the eyes and the center of the mouth exposed for visibility and ventilation when closed. Push the articulated visor up during breaks in battle. A gold tone medallion decorates the hinge where the visor meets the helmet base.

Easier than Steel:

Lightweight and thin, you can comfortably wear this Greek soldier LARP helmet for much longer than steel. It will not rust, nor will it need to be maintained with oil. The thinner construction makes it much easier to wear on hotter days and settings when the protection of steel is simply not necessary.

While this helmet is lightweight and easy to wear, you can add extra detail to an armoured look by wearing one of our arming caps underneath. It also pairs well with our Spartan Bracers (MCI-3832).
