Lighter than fully leather or steel pieces, this torso armour is great for longer periods of wear. The cuirass includes a front chest piece, a backplate, and two tassets. The armour secures onto your chest with leather straps at the shoulders and sides. All of the pieces have a shadowed finish to give it the look of oiled steel armour.
Next, this cuirass features a faux gorget at the top. It has round cutouts for each arm, allowing for better movement during battle. The cuirass also has faulds at the waist. At the top, the tassets have loops for sliding onto an included belt. The tassets have three indented lines so that they look like they consist of four overlapping pieces. The Palace Guard Cuirass and Tassets works with many medieval and fantasy characters. It is ideal for LARP and cosplay events.
