Merlin is, perhaps, almost as famous a name as Arthur. Arthurs tutor in his informative years, Merlin taught Arthur everything he needed to know. The Merlin the Magician Dagger, by Marto, pays tribute this inscrutable character. This fantastic fantasy dagger has a tempered steel blade with a wicked curve, and a cast-silver plated metal hilt composed of several different figures. The quillons are shaped like a winged dragon, the handgrip looks like a serpents body, and the pommel depicting the head of the wizard. Despite being a force for good, Merlin was enigmatic to all who knew him, even his student, who possibly knew him best. And nothing represents that mystery better than the Merlin the Magician Dagger by Marto.
