Overall, the Helm Of Isildur has an antiqued finish. Then, it has a pair of cheek guards on the sides. They look like wings with brass feathers along the back edges.
In front, the helmet forms a point in the middle along the brow line. A brass-plated band wraps around the helmet at this brow line. It features an ornate engraved detailing. At the sides, front, and back, there is a large feather-like shape. Each feather has a silver-colored lower half and a brass upper half. This upper half has a series of pointed ridges.
