Hektor Gorget

When fighting a dragon or other fearsome foe, you should guard your neck from enemy attack. Wear the Hektor Gorget to protect your neck in battle. This premium leather gorget comes in black and brown. The armour has a two-piece construction. There is a front half and a back half. Buckles and straps connect the two parts together. Both sides have a two-part design. For example, on the front piece, there is an upper and lower portion. For the top portion, there are a small embossed, rounded scales decorating the piece. In the center, the top portion has an ornate medallion. The medallion is brass-toned for the brown gorget and silver-toned for the black gorget.

The bottom portion features overlapping scales. Five rows of the scales form a triangular shape in the front. On the back, the embossed design continues. There are three rows of scales. Rivets secure the bottom and top sections together. The rivets match the coloring of the medallion. Also, both the front and back have streamlined embossing around the edges of the top plate and scales. Add this armour piece to the other Hektor items, sold separately, to complete your look. The Hektor Gorget is perfect for LARP events, cosplay conventions, and Renaissance faires. This gorget has holes for connecting the matching spaulders.

Care Instructions:

• Remove dirt with a hard brush, then gently clean with leather soap and a soft, damp cloth. Remove soap with a separate damp cloth, then use a dry cloth to wipe away remaining water. Let dry naturally. Condition with oil or polish, then wipe with a final cloth to remove excess residue.
