Whether you prefer to wield a dagger as your primary weapon or a secondary one, the Danish Elite Series Dagger is an excellent choice. This functional dagger features a double-edged blade made from a blend of 1095, 5160, L-6, and O1 steel, giving it a distinctive look. You can choose between a sharpened and unsharpened blade. The blade has a fuller that runs down a third of its length. The remainder of the blade has a diamond-shaped cross-section. Also, the blade features a narrowed ricasso which takes up half of the length of the fuller. A narrowed ricasso is narrower than the base of the edged portion of the blade. In addition, the Darksword Armoury logo adorns the blade at the end of the ricasso.
The full tang dagger continues with a curved crossguard. This crossguard features the layered construction as well. It curves towards the blade with its pointed quillons. The hilt has a leather wrapped grip. Inspired by the style of two-handed swords, the grip has a central ridge. From the ridge toward the pommel, the grip tapers in size. The dagger ends in a ball-shaped pommel. Multiple grooves give it a ridged look. Finally, this dagger comes with a wooden scabbard and an interlaced belt. Brown leather wraps around the scabbard. This functional dagger makes a great addition to any armoury or weapon collection. Bring the dagger to your next historical reenactment.
