The Greek goddess Athena embodied wisdom, courage, strategy, justice, law, the arts, and more. A shrewd companion of heroes, she was the goddess of heroic endeavor. This Bronze Athena Goddess of Wisdom and War makes a stunning gift. Crafted from cold cast bronze, this Greek goddess statue is hand painted to bring out every detail. Wearing a plumed helmet decorated with a sphinx flanked by two gryphons, Athena holds a spear in her left hand and an owl sits on her right hand. Athena wears a scale mail cuirass embellished with a Gorgon head and undulating snakes. The cuirass is fitted over Athenas draped and pleated chiton, which falls in folds to her bare feet. Athena stands on a rectangular platform labeled with her name on the front side. The Bronze Athena Goddess of Wisdom and War adds a classical touch to any room.
