Whether you are a fan of the series or just love fantasy coins, check out the Breakable Kingkiller Chronicle Vintish Penny. Traditional coining techniques created this die-struck coin made from solid copper. It is thinner down the center to allow it to break into two half-pennies. Inspired by the Kingkiller Chronicle, this penny has a two-sided design. On one side, the penny features a tree. The tree has a vertical split with the left half full of life and the second half nearly dead. This theme of life and death continues onto the back. The back design is rotated from the front design so that the design is split horizontally with the break line.
On the back, there is a king holding a sword and scroll with his soldiers behind him. The sun is above the king on this half of the design. On the other half of the design, the king is now a skeleton with stone pillars behind him. The moon is above the skeleton king. Overall, the coin has an antiqued finish to give it a realistic look. Finally, this coin comes with an info sheet. The Breakable Kingkiller Chronicle Vintish Penny makes a great collectible, decor piece, or gift for any fan of the series by Patrick Rothfuss.
