They run through black rings.
The upper chest of the gambeson features vertical quilting. This upper section has a V-shaped bottom edge. Both sleeves also have pointed sections of vertical quilting at the top. The rest of the gambeson and sleeves have diamond-shaped quilting. Also, the sleeves are thinner for greater mobility.
The gambeson ends near the knee. It is open in front with rounded corners. This arming wear is perfect for layering underneath steel armour. It also works nicely under leather armour. You can wear this arming wear to your next historical reenactment or LARP event.
