Do you have a paper catalog?

Sorry we do not have a paper catalog. We only have our online catalog.

Do you have a Store that I can visit or pick my order up at?

No we do not. We are strictly a mail order company.

We are located in Princeton, IN and that is where we ship from.

How do I know if a certain item is in stock?

We do not show inventory on our website. You can call us toll free or email us with the item number(s) to check availability before ordering.

When I place my order online or by phone, when am I charged?

You are charged for your order the moment you place the order. Our shopping cart automatically charges your card.

How do I check my order status?

Please call us toll free or email us with your Order ID/Invoice Number or the full name the order is under and we can tell you when your order will ship.

When will my order ship?

It depends on what you ordered. We carry a lot of specialty items, some are always in stock, some items take 4-5 days before shipping and then there are some items that are either custom made or special ordered from other countries and can take a couple months. Once your order does ship, you are emailed a notification with a tracking number.

How do you ship?

We ship via UPS. All of our packages are shipped insured to protect against loss or damage.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and Money Orders. You can use your credit to order via our Toll Free phone number or through the website. You can use PayPal if you are ordering through the website. If you do not have a credit card or a PayPal account you can mail your order in with a Money Order (drawn in US funds). Please note, we do not accept American Express or Personal Checks.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do! If you do not see your country listed in the address section please contact us and we'll see if we can send orders to your area. We do not ship to anywhere in Africa, sorry.
