Please note that we do not show inventory on the website, which means just because you can order it, it may not be in stock. If you need your order ASAP, please contact us. General Shipping Information:
All products are automatically shipped UPS Ground. If you must have your products by a certain date, then you should consider requesting special handling, which can be arranged at an additional cost. Some items may have a $10.00 handling fee because they ship in an oversized box. You will need to select the Additional Handling before you can add the item to your cart. Some items may not be able to ship in the same box and may result in extra shipping costs. If your order is over $1000.00 it will be shipped at cost, not what the shopping cart adds on.

Please note that these maps do not mean that you will have your order in the amount of days it shows to your destination. This estimates how many days you will get your package when it ships. Not all orders ship right away due to items not being in stock or on backorder. If you need your order by a certain date, please call our office Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST at 1-812-761-1031.

Express Shipping:
Express shipping is available at an additional charge. We offer 3rd-Day, 2nd-Day, and Next Day Delivery. Please call us for a quote 1-812-761-1031 and to see if the items are available to ship. Please note that if you place an order through the shopping cart, you cannot select express shipping. These is because some of the items may not be in stock and will not ship out that day. Please call the office to place your order so we can see if the items are in stock. We do not post our inventory on the website. If you have a need by date, please include it in the special instructions area. If there is no need by date given on an order and an item(s) is backordered, you will not be notified and the products will be shipped when the items are available.
International Shipping:
We ship to most countries all over the world!! Please call 1-812-761-1031 or email (sales@darkknightarmoury.com) our office for a quote on international shipments. Please note that Dark Knight Armoury is not responsible in any way for the payment of your countries customs and duties fee. That is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs that we charge. International customers will receive one shipment per order and there will be no backorders. Items that are available/in stock will be put on hold and wait for the backorders to come in. However, if the International customer would like for items to be put on backorder and pay for them to be shipped (2 shipments), then we will gladly do so.
Alaska and Hawaii:
We can ship ground to Alaska and Hawaii, however it does cost more than shipping to the lower 48. If you provide a shipping address to Alaska or Hawaii you must select the Alaska, Hawaii and Canada shipping option, which is right below the regular shipping option. If this option is not selected, you will still be charged the correct amount for where you are having your order shipped to.
Damaged Items Through Shipping:
When you receive your order please look at the box before opening it, if there are any dents or holes in the box and you think the contents are probably damaged, CALL US IMMEDIATELY!! Do not wait 5 or 6 days later and then call us, there will be nothing we can do about it.
DO NOT SEND THE BOX BACK TO US. We will arrange for the shipping carrier to pick up the damaged box. Please contact us for directions on what you may need to do. You can contact our office Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST at 1-812-761-1031.
Damaged or Defective or Wrong Items:
These are items that have not been damaged through shipping, but are manufacturer defects or have been sent by mistake. If for some reason you have received an item that is damaged, defective or wrong items, please contact us A.S.A.P. so we can exchange it for the correct item.
