Our Youth LOTR Legolas Style Bow are modeled after the adult Legolas Longbow except it has a limited draw weight for a beginning archer not over 5 feet in height. It is a great bow for target shooting and learning. The bow is 64 inches in length, with an approximate draw weight of 20 pounds at 24 inches. Inspired by the bow used by Legolas in the movie The Lord of the Rings. The bow is flat on the back, round on the belly. The Youth LOTR Legolas Style Bow is made from a single piece of Red Oak backed with linen and is solid black with no other painting on it. The handle is wrapped with gold cord which may vary slightly in color and texture.

Our Youth English Longbow does not have an arrow rest, but is a shoot off the hand style bow. A bow stringer and instructions are included. The bow is permanently finished and requires no maintenance, other than regular care and proper storage. This bow is great for target practice, SCA events and Archery competitions, certain events and hunting laws may require specific draw lenghts and draw weights, if you are purchasing the bow solely for that purpose, be sure to check what the requirements are first.

We offer a 1 year warranty on this bow in case of any defects. If this bow breaks or does not function properly as a result of manufacturing defects we will replace it. These cases are handled on a case by case basis. Remember to always unstring your bow when you are not using it and never fire the bow with out an arrow.
