E-mail this product to a friendThe American Style Hunting Bow with Arrow Rest is made from Red Oak backed with linen. It pulls up to 50 pounds at 28 inches and measures 68 inches in length. Draw lengths up to 32 inches are available with a corresponding longer bow. It is flat on the back and rounded on the belly. It has a cut-in arrow rest for more consistent shooting.
A bow stringer and instructions are included. The bow is permanently finished and requires no maintenance, other than regular care and proper storage. This bow is great for target practice, SCA events, Hunting and Archery competitions, certain events and hunting laws may require specific draw lenghts and draw weights, if you are purchasing the bow solely for that purpose, be sure to check what the requirements are first.
This is a custom made item and may take 2-3 weeks before shipping. Delivery time may vary due to volume of orders and the season you are ordering in. Custom items are non-cancelable or returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. We also offer a 1 year warranty on this bow in case of any defects. If this bow breaks or does not function properly as a result of manufacturing defects we will replace it. These cases are handled on a case by case basis. Draw Length: Your Draw Length measurement is how far you draw the bow back before releasing it. To find your draw length stand and extend both arms out in front of you, measure from your chest to the end of your middle finger and subtract two inches. This will find your approximate draw length.
Draw Weight: This is how heavy (in pounds) you will be pulling the bow back at your specified draw length. If you choose 30# and have a draw length of 28", when you pull the bow back to 28" you will be pulling 30#.
