This extremely light mail utilizes aluminum rings, riveted for durability. Even if you wear it all day long you'll hardly notice the weight. Faithfully copied from examples in museums and private collections. Our Riveted Aluminum Chainmail Hauberk has an outer link diameter of about 1/2”. Mail shirts fit up to a 54” chest, 33” long shirt, sleeves are approximately 18” and hang to just below the elbows on average height warriors. While riveted chainmail and aluminum chainmail generally cost more than regular steel chainmail due to materials and intensive labor, when the two are combined, the quality and convenience make it all worth every penny.
