Some also feature suede coverings for added detail or possess wooden tips or finishes, which give them that added level of realism. They also all feature a relatively low draw weight, around 24-26 pounds, which makes them perfect for gaming, giving them just enough power to propel an arrow accurately, without any added force that might cause undue injury or harm. The best part is that there is little to no maintenance when it comes to a fiberglass LARP bow, which means you can take one up and enjoy it time and time again with no muss and no fuss. LARP bows are perfect for shooting both LARP arrows and regular arrows, and are perfectly safe when used responsibly with LARP arrows. We also carry LARP crossbows, which are a bit more portable and a bit more forgiving to use when a typical LARP bow as a crossbow is a bit easier to aim and fire reliably. As a drawback, though, LARP crossbows sometimes feature a shorter range, so make sure you factor that into your tactics.
