Flintlock Pistols & Blunderbuss Pistols

The flintlock pistol is perhaps one of the most iconic firearms in history, not because of any particularly noteworthy event, but instead because it is often seen as the iconic firearm of pirates, a group that has captured the heart and mind of the modern era. At Dark Knight Armoury, we offer a wide assortment of flintlock pistols for both pirates, duelists, and more! Pirates may be who we think of most when we think of those who carried the flintlock pistol, but they are by no means the only ones who used them. The flintlock mechanism came to prominence around 1630 and from then on, it was the primary firearm ignition technology, being superior and more efficient than either the wheel lock or the matchlock. Our own flintlock pistols come in a wide variety of shapes and styles, ranging from simple pirate pistols to stunning recreations of pistols from Germany, Spain, France, and other nations, with each pistol featuring stunning designs that make the replica more of a beautiful display than anything else (although they still look like they would be lethal firearms). We also offer pairs of dueling pistols and old-fashioned 'pepperboxes', which were small flintlock guns that are carried mainly for self-defense. Each and every flintlock pistol and blunderbuss we offer is made from quality materials and is designed to have the look and feel of a real gun, including moving parts like a hammer and a trigger. In spite of their realistic look, though, none of our firearm replicas can be converted into working firearms, as they were made, first and foremost, to be replicas. This makes them perfectly safe to display around your home, without having to worry about how gets ahold of them and what trouble they might get into. Pirates especially will find something here that's bound to suit their tastes, although they are by no means the only ones who will find something to enjoy here, as our flintlock pistols and blunderbuss pistols section is filled to the brim with incredible, historic guns, so much so that virtually anyone could find a flintlock pistol that appeals them here.
